How do Friends help?
We appreciate every donation we receive and are always moved at people's kindness and generosity. Without these contributions St Wilfrid's would be unable to provide such a high quality of specialist palliative care.
A donation at any level makes a vital contribution to our work, but a regular gift allows us to plan ahead more effectively, knowing that we have funds coming in each month to help support our services.
What does being a Friend of St Wilfrid's mean?
By becoming a Friend you will know that you are helping St Wilfrid's and the people we care for all year round. In addition, you will receive our Newsletter three times a year, keeping you up to date with new developments and informing you of more ways to get involved, if you wish, with the Hospice.
How your gift can help….
- £5 will provide meals for a patient on our inpatient unit for a day
- £46 will enable us to provide an hours care through our hospice at home service to patients at home
- £89 will pay for one day hospice place for a patient
